Florian Rouzaud Cornabas is a French visual artist constantly blowing us away with his superb film projects. Back in April of last year, Florian released his first urban time-lapse that mesmerised us with its kaleidoscopic effects and just recently he released the second installment in the series, Urban Conformation 74:19.
‘I’m self-taught’, he told us. ‘Most of my actual knowledge coming from my personal experimentation. Paris has been my playground for years, I’ve try a lot of different things and gears before finding my own way’.
‘I have always been interesting by urban landscape. Whether it is from above through a window or from below right at a sky grapers foot, I like to be submerged by the power of these massive structures. In addition to their gigantism, the geometry and symmetry that characterize them, striking me and I can study them for hours. These feelings are the foundation of my work in the ‘Urban Conformation’ series’.
